Membership is a covenant
Joining this church means affirming what it believes and committing to how it walks. That is the whole of it, and it is asked of every member equally.
- Eighteen or olderMembership is open to adults, eighteen years of age or older.
- Affirmation of our doctrineEvery member reviews and affirms the Statement of Faith, the Guiding Precepts, and the Church Constitution. All three are published in full and can be read before you decide.
- The Member AgreementMembership is entered by executing the Member Agreement, which sets out the covenant between you and this church.
- A way of walkingMembers commit to integrity, humility, reverence, and the care of one another.
Your contribution supports the religious and charitable operations of this church. It secures no entitlement to sacrament or to ceremony.
Read what you are affirming
We publish our doctrine, our conduct, and our governance in full, so that nobody joins this church without knowing exactly what it is.
Ceremony follows discernment
Participation in Sacred Ceremony is limited to members in good standing, and membership alone admits no one. Before a member approaches the sacrament, they sit with ordained Stewards, disclose their health and history honestly, and prepare in prayer. Stewards discern readiness. Some are asked to wait.
That discernment belongs to the Stewards, and it is made prayerfully every time. How a member comes to ceremony
