These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sacredwarriorfellowship.com, group.sacredwarriorfellowship.com, and any related pages, forms, or communications operated by Sacred Warrior Fellowship, Inc. (the “Church,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use this site.
Sacred Warrior Fellowship, Inc. is a Florida religious nonprofit corporation organized as a church under 26 U.S.C. § 508(c)(1)(A). We are a church. We are not a clinic, a treatment provider, a retreat company, a wellness business, or a healthcare organization of any kind.
Our sincerely held religious beliefs include the sacramental use of entheogens as an act of worship and communion with God. Our practice is religious exercise protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act, and the Florida Religious Freedom Restoration Act.
Everything published here — teachings, testimony, doctrine, sermons, podcasts, ceremony descriptions, and member writing — is religious expression. It is offered as the doctrine and witness of this church.
It is not medical advice, psychological advice, therapeutic guidance, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation, and it must not be relied upon as any of those things.
The Church and its Stewards do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No medical, psychological, or therapeutic claim, benefit, outcome, or cure is made or implied anywhere on this site.
Any experience, insight, or transformation described by the Church or by its members is understood and offered as spiritual in nature.
Nothing on this site should be used as a reason to begin, stop, change, or delay any medical or psychiatric care. Decisions about your health belong between you and a qualified healthcare provider.
You must be 18 years of age or older to become a member, to register for any gathering, or to make a contribution through this site.
Membership in Sacred Warrior Fellowship is a religious association, not the purchase of a service.
Membership requires review of and voluntary adherence to the Church Constitution, Statement of Beliefs, and Guiding Precepts, and execution of the Member Agreement. Annual membership contributions support the operations, spiritual services, and sacramental activities of the Church. Contributions are non-refundable.
Membership may be suspended or revoked where a member no longer affirms or acts in accordance with the Church’s religious beliefs, spiritual framework, and covenantal expectations. Decisions regarding membership, standing, discipline, ordination, and ecclesiastical governance are internal religious determinations of the Church.
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of, invitation to, or agreement regarding participation in Sacred Ceremony.
Participation in Sacred Ceremony is limited to members in good standing and is governed exclusively by:
Those documents must be executed before participation. They contain the risk disclosures, medical acknowledgments, and legal terms that apply to ceremony.
Where these Terms conflict with the Member Agreement or the Ceremony Consent, the Member Agreement and the Ceremony Consent control. These Terms govern use of this site; they do not modify, replace, expand, or limit any executed agreement between a member and the Church.
Contributions made through this site support the religious and charitable operations of the Church. Contributions are non-refundable and, to the extent permitted by law, tax-deductible. The Church does not sell sacraments, ceremony slots, or spiritual outcomes.
Access to the private members community is a privilege of membership in good standing.
You agree not to:
Confidentiality among members does not prohibit reporting safety concerns or unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct inconsistent with these Terms or with the covenantal expectations of the Church.
The Church’s teachings, written doctrine, creeds, liturgy, sermons, podcasts, photographs, logos, and marks are the property of Sacred Warrior Fellowship, Inc. or are used with permission.
You may share and quote our published teachings for personal, non-commercial, and devotional use with attribution. You may not reproduce them commercially, present them as your own, or use our name, logos, or marks in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without written permission.
This site links to third-party sites, books, podcasts, and organizations, including works authored by individual Stewards in their personal capacity. Those works reflect their authors, not the doctrine of the Church. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices.
This site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Church disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, the Church, its directors, officers, Stewards, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site.
This section applies to use of this site. Liability arising from participation in Church activities and Sacred Ceremony is governed by the Member Agreement and the Ceremony Consent.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Church, its directors, officers, Stewards, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of this site or your violation of these Terms.
Questions of religious doctrine, belief, worship, sacrament, church governance, membership, discipline, and the selection and ordination of clergy are internal ecclesiastical matters of Sacred Warrior Fellowship, Inc. and are determined by the Church in accordance with its Constitution and governing documents.
Read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, this site, your membership, or your participation in Church activities shall be resolved exclusively by confidential, binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
By agreeing to these Terms, you understand that you are waiving the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action.
This provision is identical in mechanism and forum to Section 10 of the Member Agreement and Section 9 of the Ceremony Consent. Where any question of interpretation arises, the executed Member Agreement controls.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information, or from reporting conduct to appropriate authorities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use of this site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting members will be communicated through the members community.
